Taylor Peters is a PHS junior. She lives about 35 minutes out of town, but can get it down to 25 when running late.
Taylor is constantly busy and involved in almost every extracurricular activity you can think of. She holds the Treasurer position on the Powell-Shoshone FFA officer team and is heavily involved in FFA and agriculture. The speech and debate team also has a significant part in her life; she can constantly be found researching and writing about the most random political issues. Stay safe and don’t bother her while she’s doing this. Livestock judging, ag mechanics, Panther Ambassador duties, membership in the National Honor Society, and being active in her church take up the remainder of her daily life.
If you catch her at a moment when she has free time, which is rare, she probably has her nose in a book and is annotating every other sentence. If she isn’t planning out the next week, she will often be found napping, rewatching “Outer Banks,” or drinking her unhealthy $7 coffee. Outside, she can often be found riding her favorite horse, Ricochet, skiing in Red Lodge, or building fences for her cows.
“If Taylor came with a warning, I would say, here comes 110 pounds of pure caffeinated sass and smarts,” junior Tristan Robinson said. “She sometimes can’t hold her tongue, if I had a nickel for every time Taylor sassed back at someone, I’d be on a yacht.”
