Taylor Peters

Taylor Peters, Prowl Reporter

Taylor Peters is a PHS sophomore. She lives about 35 minutes out of town but can get it down to 30 when running late.

Taylor is constantly busy and involved in almost every extracurricular activity you can think of. She holds the Parliamentarian position on the Powell-Shoshone FFA officer team and is heavily involved in FFA and agriculture. The speech and debate team also has a significant part in her life, she can constantly be found researching and writing about the most random political legislation. Stay safe and don’t bother her while she’s doing this. Livestock judging, playing tennis competitively, and playing percussion in the concert and jazz band take up the remainder of the time in her daily life.

If you catch her at a moment when she has free time, which is rare, she probably has her nose in a book and is pretending to be in that world. Out of school or on the weekends, if she isn’t planning out the next week, she will often be found sleeping, rewatching the same political action series, or drinking her unhealthy $7 coffee. Outside, she can often be found riding her favorite horse, Cinch, skiing in Red Lodge, or building fences for her cows.

“If Taylor came with a warning, I would say, here comes 112 pounds of pure caffeinated sass and smarts,” sophomore Tristan Robinson said. “She sometimes can’t hold her tongue, if I had a nickel for every time Taylor sassed back at someone, I’d be on a yacht.”
