The Prowl

Katie Morrison

Katie Morrison, Associate Editor

Outside of shopping or daydreaming of clothing combinations… Katie has picked up a great love for being on the Prowl Staff.

Katie began her time in journalistic writing, in her sophomore year but has grown leaps and bounds since that time. Upon retiring from her position as Opinion Editor junior year, Katie was granted Associate Editor in Chief. She loves reading, and writing so much she hopes to pursue a career in this field.

While not writing for the Prowl, Katie is most likely sassing someone, for that is her most used character trait. But she also writes a column for the Powell Tribune, called Keeping up with Katie. She uses this as a platform to talk about each and everything she has on her mind.

She is filling her senior year full to the brim. Within NHS, Student Council, and juggling two jobs… college will most likely be a break for her! But she also loves art projects, making coffee, and spends her summers showing her market lambs. But… if you ever can’t find her… she is most likely shopping!

“Katie is a fireball of energy,” PHS graduate Gabby Patterson said. “She always has the cutest outfits, if I could choose anyone to hype me up, I would always choose her.”

Online shopping has taken over department stores. If people do not have to leave the comfort of their couches, why would they? This aspect has wildly changed Black Friday from what it once was.
