The Prowl

Chase Anderson is a PHS sophomore with big dreams and a witty attitude. In the summer and fall, she spends her time tearing it up on the tennis courts with her teammates and cry-laughing at one too many inside jokes. The rest of the year, you can find her hanging out with friends, trying to contain her laughter in class, feeding her TikTok obsession or playing guitar. Her music taste of alternative folk music, clothing style and longing for her Colorado hometown further push her “camp counselor” aesthetic.

“If Chase is feeling adventurous, she will most definitely hit me up,” PHS sophomore Shelby Fagan once said. “One time we went cross country skiing. I ate it so hard we both laughed until we had tears rolling down our face (which didn’t stop for the rest of the trip).”

Adds Adviser Cap: “Camp counselor aesthetic … hmm … let me think … Chase will be the only one making sure her campers follow directions and will appropriately be called, ‘Camp Marm.’ Her campers will love her for it, and her peers will resent her for it, but the world will be a happier place because of it.”
